先說結論：這個網站只用一套不使用 Cookie 的流量統計，用來知道有多少人來看、看了哪幾頁。沒有廣告追蹤、沒有社群像素，不會跨網站追蹤你，也不會把你的個人資料販售、交換或出租給任何人。
本網站 casimir.art 由藝術家 CASIMIR 經營。以下所稱「我」「我們」均指本網站經營者。

你在洽詢頁送出表單時，我會蒐集你填寫的姓名、電子郵件、單位或機構（選填）、洽詢內容與洽詢類型。目的是回覆你的洽詢。這些資料會以電子郵件寄送給我，內容中包含你填寫的全部欄位。
若你選擇「作品典藏諮詢」，該封洽詢會轉寄給代理畫廊 Neverland Gallery（art@neverland.gallery）由其受理。選擇「展出與商案合作」則寄至工作室信箱。
你主動訂閱電子報時，我只蒐集電子郵件地址，用於寄送創作近況、作品發表與展出資訊。你可以隨時在任何一封電子報底部退訂。
使用塔羅神諭的解讀功能時，我會蒐集你填寫的電子郵件地址。該頁面已註明，留下 email 同時代表訂閱電子報。
為了生成解讀文字，系統會把牌名、正逆位、該張牌的牌義文字與語言設定送交 Google 的 Gemini 生成式 AI 服務處理。你的電子郵件不會送給 Google，兩者分開處理。
你在該頁送出表單時，我會蒐集你填寫的電子郵件地址，以及五題問卷的答案： 使用方式、想收藏的版本、預計寄送地區與國家、常用的募資平台、以及你留下的訊息。 另外會一併記錄你造訪時的來源標記（UTM）、Cloudflare 判定的所在國別、瀏覽器識別字串與頁面語言， 用來了解這副牌的受眾分布。目的是規劃牌卡與後續的群眾募資。
答案儲存在 Cloudflare D1 資料庫，以電子郵件為索引；同一個信箱重複填寫是更新既有紀錄，不會累積多筆。選項答案以最新一次為準，你留下的訊息則會保留歷次內容並標上日期，讓你可以回來補充。 電子郵件與除訊息以外的答案會同步寫進 MailerLite 的「塔羅調查」名單，你留下的訊息只留在 D1。
我用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 統計網站流量。它會在你開啟頁面時記錄一筆瀏覽事件，內容包含 頁面網址、來源網址（你從哪裡連過來）、瀏覽器與作業系統種類、裝置類型、Cloudflare 依連線判定的國別， 以及頁面載入速度。
這套工具不使用 Cookie，也不在你的瀏覽器寫入任何識別碼，因此無法辨識你是誰， 也無法把你在其他網站的行為串起來。IP 位址只在邊緣節點用來判斷國別，不會存進統計資料。
目的很單純：我需要知道有沒有人在看、在看哪幾頁，才能決定接下來做什麼。統計結果只有我看得到。
本站不使用追蹤型 Cookie。但會在你的瀏覽器本機儲存空間（localStorage／sessionStorage）記住幾項偏好設定：語言選擇、背景音樂開關、開場動畫是否已播放，以及塔羅神諭曾填過的電子郵件（省得你重複輸入）。這些資料存在你自己的裝置上，不會傳回伺服器，清除瀏覽器資料即可刪除。

上述服務商的伺服器可能位於台灣境外（包含美國與歐盟）。使用本網站即表示你瞭解並同意你的資料可能在境外被處理與儲存。我僅選用具備標準資料保護措施的服務商。
依《個人資料保護法》第三條，就我所持有關於你的個人資料，你得行使下列權利：
行使方式：來信 i@casimir.art，說明你要行使的項目。我會在收到後儘速處理，最遲不超過三十日。為確認身分，我可能請你從當初留下的電子郵件地址來信。
若你身處歐洲經濟區或英國，另享有資料可攜與向監管機關申訴之權利。
電子報可直接於任何一封信件底部的退訂連結退出，無需來信。
填寫表單欄位均出於自願。若不提供姓名與電子郵件，我將無法回覆你的洽詢；若不提供電子郵件，將無法寄送電子報或塔羅解讀。除此之外，不提供資料不影響你瀏覽本網站。
本網站非以未成年人為對象，亦不主動蒐集未成年人個人資料。若你未滿十八歲，請在法定代理人同意後再提供任何個人資料。若你發現有未成年人於未經同意下提供資料，請來信告知，我會刪除。
本網站全站採用 HTTPS 加密傳輸。表單設有流量限制與人機驗證以防濫用。金鑰與憑證存放於服務商的加密環境變數，不寫入原始碼。惟網際網路傳輸無法保證絕對安全，我會以合理方式持續維護。
本政策如有修訂，我會更新本頁最上方的「最後更新」日期。涉及重大變更時，會另行於電子報告知訂閱者。

The short version: this site uses one cookieless traffic counter, so I can see how many people visit and which pages they read. There are no advertising trackers and no social pixels, you are not tracked across other sites, and your personal data is never sold, traded or rented to anyone.
casimir.art is operated by the artist CASIMIR. "I" and "we" in this policy refer to the site operator.

When you submit the inquiry form I collect your name, email address, organisation (optional), message and inquiry type, in order to reply to you. These are delivered to me by email, including every field you filled in.
If you select Artwork Acquisition, your inquiry is forwarded to the representing gallery, Neverland Gallery (art@neverland.gallery), who handle it. Exhibitions & Collaboration inquiries go to the studio.
If you subscribe, I collect your email address only, to send occasional notes on new work, releases and exhibitions. You can unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any issue.
When you use the reading feature I collect the email address you enter. That page states that leaving your email also subscribes you to the newsletter.
To generate the reading, the card name, orientation, the card's written meaning and your language setting are sent to Google's Gemini generative AI service. Your email address is not sent to Google; the two are handled separately.
When you submit that form I collect your email address and the answers to five questions: how you would use the deck, which version you would want, where it would ship and to which country, which crowdfunding platforms you use, and any message you leave. I also record the campaign tag you arrived with (UTM), the country Cloudflare reports for your request, your browser user-agent string and the page language, to understand where this deck's audience is. The purpose is to plan the deck and the crowdfunding campaign that follows.
Answers are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, indexed by email; submitting again with the same address updates the existing record rather than adding another. Multiple-choice answers are replaced by your latest submission, while your written messages are kept and dated, so you can come back and add to them. Your email and every answer except the free-text message are also written to the "Tarot Survey" list in MailerLite; the message stays in D1 only.
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. When you open a page it records one pageview event containing the page URL, the referring URL, browser and operating system type, device type, the country Cloudflare derives from the connection, and page load timings.
It uses no cookies and writes no identifier to your browser, so it cannot tell who you are and cannot link your activity across other sites. Your IP address is used at the edge to derive a country and is not stored in the analytics data.
The purpose is simple: I need to know whether anyone is reading, and which pages, to decide what to make next. Only I can see these figures.
No tracking cookies are used. A few preferences are kept in your browser's local storage: language choice, background music on/off, whether the intro animation has played, and any email previously entered in the Tarot Oracle (so you need not retype it). This stays on your own device, is never sent back to the server, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The processors above may operate servers outside Taiwan, including in the United States and the European Union. By using this site you understand that your data may be processed and stored abroad. I use only processors with standard data protection measures in place.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
For the newsletter you can simply use the unsubscribe link in any issue; no email to me is needed.
All form fields are voluntary. Without a name and email I cannot answer your inquiry; without an email I cannot send the newsletter or a reading. Otherwise, withholding data does not affect your use of this site.
This site is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are under eighteen, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before providing any personal data. If you believe a minor has provided data without consent, write to me and I will delete it.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Forms are protected by rate limiting and human verification. Keys and credentials live in the hosting provider's encrypted environment variables and are never committed to source. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure; I maintain the site with reasonable care.
If this policy is revised I will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced to newsletter subscribers.
